#116 Inverness Drive East, a 206,000 square foot, multi-tenant, Class A office building was developed by Inverness Properties, LLC and sold to Great Lakes REIT, Inc. Tenants include American President Lines.

This 47,000 square foot, two-story value office building targets corporate efficiency and design flexibility. It has enjoyed stable occupancy since its inception.	Dravo Engineering Corporation was the signature tenant for this 160,000 square foot office and retail complex in downtown Denver. It is now home to the University of Colorado's Denver campus.
