Inverness Properties, LLC also provided development and asset management services to the James Q. Newton Trust for an eighty-acre parcel in Littleton, Colorado. This site was successfully sold to Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, LLC for the development of a 280,000 square foot, high-end convenience retail center.
