Mr. White has over 20 years of experience in building engineering, maintenance and facility operations. Mr. White manages the Building Engineering, Electrical and HVAC Departments which provide a complete range of building services on a twenty-four hour, seven-day per week basis to our contracted properties.

Mr. White is proficient in bidding, contracting, management and completion of tenant construction and capital improvement projects in accordance with agreed upon budgets and schedules.

Education

Mr. White attended Florida Technical Institute and graduated from the International College of Operating Engineers. In addition, he has extensive training in air quality requirements, CFC, OSHA and ADA compliance. He currently holds licenses in Stationary Engineering and Steam Engineering. He has a Systems Maintenance Administrator designation from BOMA and is a candidate for a Facility Management Degree.
