Prior to joining Inverness Properties in 1999, Mr. Scott managed a full service mechanical shop for 20 years. He is proficient in automation systems for Trane, Siebe, Alerton, and Andover.

At Inverness Properties, Mr. Scott supervises a crew of maintenance specialists with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. He and his staff are qualified to provide services such as standard building operations, HVAC, plumbing and minor electrical repairs in addition to responding to a wide variety of routine customer maintenance requests on a daily basis.

Education

Mr. Scott attended the College of DuPage and holds a CFC License and a Refrigeration Certificate from the City and County of Denver.
