Channing Gibson has twelve years of experience in property and facility management. He is experienced in all aspects relating to the management of office, industrial and retail projects. In addition to his property management portfolio, Channing is responsible for supervision of all property management personnel and functions, which includes working closely with the building engineers, master electricians and HVAC technicians to ensure that standards are met to maximize performance and life expectancy of the facility and related equipment.

Channing is proficient in property analysis, bidding, management of vendors, budgeting and tenant/owner relations. He is also experienced in coordination and implementation of tenant improvement and capital construction.

Education

Channing holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Colorado College. He is currently a candidate for the RPA destination and is affiliated with IREM and BOMA.
