Steve Dowell supervises the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning ("HVAC") Department. Mr. Dowell has 25 years of experience working in the HVAC/construction industry. He has also earned a Systems Maintenance Administrator designation from BOMA.

Mr. Dowell currently oversees the maintenance and repair of numerous mechanical systems for Inverness including central plants, variable air volume systems and a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning units. He and his staff schedule and perform preventive maintenance on contracted equipment as directed by the computerized PM program.

Education

Mr. Dowell is certified by the City and County of Denver as a Stationary Engineer and holds a Universal CFC certificate. He has CPR and First Aid training. Mr. Dowell is also a FAA licensed Private Pilot. Mr. Dowell attended Emily Griffith Opportunity School where he received a Certificate of Completion for the Commercial HVAC Program.
