Steve Christensen has 13 years experience in real estate development, property management and special district accounting and financial analysis. Steve has been the Controller for Inverness Properties, LLC since 1994. Previously, he worked for Miller Development as an accountant and financial analyst. He has supervised the property management accounting for over 1,500,00 square feet of office properties as well as for three Special Municipal Districts with a total assessed value of $238,000,000.

Mr. Christensen received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
