Since 1978, Scott Beasley has been involved the development, marketing and management of more than 4 million square feet of office, retail, light industrial, and mixed-use projects. These projects, with a total value in excess of $425 million, are located within the Inverness Business Park and throughout the Denver Metropolitan area.
His experience includes development advisory management services for office, retail, light industrial and mixed-use land development projects, office and retail brokerage and sales services, and other management and administrative activities. Outside of his affiliation with Inverness Properties, LLC, Mr. Beasley has provided development management and brokerage services for clients such as the Adolph Coors Company, Gary-Williams Energy Company, the Piton Foundation and Colorado National Bank. Simultaneous to his real estate activities, Scott owned and developed Chimeric, Inc., a manufacturer and national distributor of child learning and development products.
Education
Mr. Beasley received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado in 1978 and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver in 1988. He is a Madigan Scholarship recipient for Entrepreneurism and holds a Colorado Broker Associate license. His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and the Southeast Business Partnership.
