Mr. Danitz joined Inverness Properties, LLC as an Associate Broker in May, 2007. His focus is on leasing and sales of office space within the Southeast Denver office market, as well as new business development. He is currently assisting with nine different office projects for the firm, including Office Court on Inverness, Parkside Office Plaza at Inverness and 304 Inverness.

Prior to joining Inverness, Mr. Danitz worked as an Associate at CB Richard Ellis in Denver. While at CBRE, he was part of the Southeast Office Team in listing over nine milion square feet of office space in the South Denver market. His primary responsibilities included business development, lease negotiation, new tenant prospecting and client reporting. During his time at CBRE, he completed 25 deals worth over $9 million in total consideration.

Education

Mr. Daniz graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He is currently involved in a number of organizations within the community including Boy’s Hope, Girl’s Hope of Colorado.
