From the beginning, Inverness Properties, LLC has been guided by individuals who are among the foremost leaders in Colorado real estate.
The company, then Central Development Group, was founded in 1970 by George B. Beardsley and partners Alvin L. Cohen and Samuel Gary. Principal John F. O’Meara joined the company in 1976, followed over time by the remaining Principals. Together, the Principals provide clients with an unmatched depth of experience.

O’Meara (seated left), he directed the growth of Inverness and today the Park is one of the finest master-planned business communities in the country. Clay L. Boelz (seated right), Scott C. Beasley (standing, second from left), William B. Woodward (seated center), Charlie Davis (standing right) and Peter C. Coakley (standing left) are principals of the firm and manage the financial, development and brokerage activities of the company.
