Inverness Properties, LLC has developed more than 1,250,000 square feet of suburban office space and 410,000 square feet of central business district office space.   1. #116 Inverness Drive East, a 206,000 square foot, multi-tenant, Class A office building was developed by Inverness Properties, LLC and sold to Great Lakes REIT, Inc. Tenants include American President Lines.
  2. This 47,000 square foot, two-story value office building targets corporate efficiency and design flexibility. It has enjoyed stable occupancy since its inception.
  3. Dravo Engineering Corporation was the signature tenant for this 160,000 square foot office and retail complex in downtown Denver. It is now home to the University of Colorado's Denver campus.
  4. Inverness Properties, LLC has experience with mid-rise, mixed-use commercial projects. The company's expertise includes multi-tenant and build-to-suit office and retail space. The 250,000 square foot Security Life Center in downtown Denver, shown here, was a joint development project with Security Life Insurance Company, now ING.
  5. This unique 86,000 square foot speculative office building has enjoyed stable occupancy since its inception.
